Skill Enhancement Programme To facilitate targeted production of quality nucleus & basic seeds, there is a need to develop a pool of trained and skilled man power for carrying out technical activities particularly microscopic examination of moths for ensuring disease freeness. As such, a separate programme involving 17,805 training-days is proposed to be organized at BSM&TCs. The programme is stipendiary in nature (Rs 200/- per training-day).
