All India Technical Workshop (in Rajbhasha)" was organised on 17th January, 2018, at Basic Tasar Silk Worm Seed organisation, Central Silk Board, Pendari, Bilaspur on "Prospects of quality seed production in Vanya Silk", .Dr Alok Sahay,Director BTSSO Bilaspur, addressed the inaugural session, and said that Rajbhasha Hindi is the best medium for explaining the latest technology among farmer or the people associated with Tasar Sector. Because Hindi is the mother tongue.Further, he said that this is the first workshop which will be beneficial for the people associated with the Tasar Industry. On this occasion Chief Guest , Dr. G.D. Sharma Vice Chancellor of Bilaspur University, highlighted the significance of the workshop. "Technical Souvenir" was also released by this office,Dr. R.P Khanna Rtd Scientist-E ,V.C Dr.C.V Raman University, CMD college and Central University professors , Scientists of Central Tasar Reaserch & Training Institute, Ranchi (Jharkhand), Zonal Office, Bilaspur, officers from various units of Central Silk Board, Officers from Dept of Sericulture ,Chhatisgarh and Madhya Pradesh State,presented their research paper in Rajbhasha during the seminar.
